Scope: Wardell Armstrong advise and provide guidance to make sure our plans and development aspirations meet regulatory, legislative and best practice requirements as we continue to grow as a business.
Period: 2011 – present
Outcome:
- 19 planning applications, comprising a combination of full planning applications, Section 73 applications, Section 96a applications and discharges of conditions.
- Alterations and additions to the existing operations including the introduction of a gas to grid plant.
- Planning permission for an increase in the plant capacity to enable up to 120,000 tonnes of waste to be processed annually through the facility.
- WA also provides regular planning advice.
