SCOPE - Wardell Armstrong advise and provide guidance to make sure our plans and development aspirations meet regulatory, legislative and best practice requirements as we continue to grow as a business.
PERIOD - 2011 – present
RESULTS
· 19 planning applications, comprising a combination of full planning applications, Section 73 applications, Section 96a applications and discharges of conditions.
· Alterations and additions to the existing operations including the introduction of a gas to grid plant.
· Planning permission for an increase in the plant capacity to enable up to 120,000 tonnes of waste to be processed annually through the facility.
· WA also provides regular planning advice.
OUTCOME - Our planning and regulatory support team work closely with our clients to find efficiencies by ensuring supporting documents are appropriate to both planning and permitting requirements submitted by the BioteCH4 group. We’re thrilled they have chosen to work with us over the years to support their business growth requirements and we very much look forward to a bright and successful future.
